RETURNS POLICY

Returns - We cannot accept returns on changes of mind or size on purchased items or gift cards. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us at shop@attentionseeker.com.au.

Exchanges - We don't offer refunds or exchanges for if you've had a change of mind on the product or size. You'll have to place a new order for an alternate product.

Damages or issues - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us at shop@attentionseeker.com.au.

Wrong Address - If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at shop@attentionseeker.com.au.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Lost itemFor packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date to shop@attentionseeker.com.au. You'll need to confirm that your address is correct and you have checked with the shipping carrier to try to locate the lost order. If the tracking information states the order was delivered, and you haven't received it, you'll need to contact the carrier.
